The lectures provide practical knowledge to enable students to "survive" every-day life working with computers, understand how information systems interconnect and take an active part in IT projects (selection, set-up, integration).
All lectures are based on a virtual company called IIT-CAR AG (see also teaching platform). The company develops, produces and sells vehicles directly. This scenario reproduces all the processes that can nowadays be supported by information systems.
