The Fraunhofer ALI celebrates 10 years of Fraunhofer at BTU Cottbus
Co-operation and partners
The chair is
linked to the Institute for Production Research within the University's
Faculty of Mechanical, Electrical and Industrial Engineering (Faculty
3).
Further co-operation with institutes of higher education, research
facilities and companies support our academic work and offer our
students the opportunity to make their studies more interesting, more
international and more 'hands-on'.
Universities
The chair has co-operation agreements with various other university chairs across Europe as part of the Socrates and IAESTE programmes. This is in addition to other research contracts.
Research Facilities
The chair works in close co-operation with the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft. This is demonstrated by the fact that directorship of the Fraunhofer-Anwendungszentrum is always allocated to head of the chair.

The chair has co-operation agreements with the following
companies, mainly for teaching purposes, but also in the field of
research and development:
SAP
The chair uses SAP R/3 in its teaching.
Microsoft
The chair uses Navision in its teaching.
Two Competence Centres have also been set up for:
